If you believe content on HecticTV infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our copyright agent that includes:

(a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) the URL/location of the allegedly infringing material; (d) your contact details; (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

On receipt of a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the material expeditiously and make a reasonable effort to notify the affected user.

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice including: your signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake; your contact details; and your consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate court. If we receive a valid counter-notice we may restore the material unless the complainant files a court action.

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

Knowingly sending a false notice or counter-notice may result in liability for damages. Only submit a notice if you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
